Apopka topped Osceola 16-15 in a tough tilt in a Florida high school football matchup on Aug. 18. Apopka opened with an 8-0 advantage over Osceola through the first quarter. The Kowboys didn't give up, slicing the gap to 9-7 at the intermission. Apopka jumped to a 16-9 lead heading into the fourth quarter. The Kowboys rallied with a 6-0 advantage in the final quarter. However, the Blue Darters prevailed.
