The recent sale of 34 acres in northwest Orange County near Apopka means a $150 million development is one step closer to breaking ground. Plymouth, Minnesota-based developer Dominium Inc. paid $4.65 million for the land at 1255 and 1277 Plymouth Sorrento Road in a transaction that closed Oct. 31 and posted to Orange County records Nov. 17. The transaction works out to roughly $133,967 per acre.
